Question: I'm not sure if just the color of the mold is left or there is actually mold still on the rug. Still okay to use?
Answer: The real threat from mold is grossly hyped. I have been arount moldy things all my life and have never known anyone to be affected by it. That is not to say you should try to surround yourself with it either. Simply spray a little bleach water on the bottom of the rug to ensure the mold it dead and don't worry about it.
