Question: Is there any special training that one may need before getting started and what about photographs? I just don't know any of the avenues to take to get started modelling.
Answer: You need to get head shots, any photographer can do this for you. But be warned it is fairly expensive! Then you need an agent. In the world of modelling, unless you make it on a tv show, you NEED an agent. They are the ones who get you modelling gigs! I have a friend who models locally in retail catalogues. I imagine you'd like to go farther than that, make sure your agent knows this! Good luck!
