Answer: Adorable is a GOOD thing. Girls don't generally say "Oh, you're so macho" as a compliment. "Adorable" or "cute" when a girl says it to a guy is usually the same thing as "attractive;" it doesn't necessarily mean "adorable" like a puppy. Unless they are pinching your cheeks when they say it, I think you're probably okay. :)
